Credit card field team issue in Hyderabad

Iam on a student Visa and I took a credit card worth 200 dollars in USA which would be around 18k INR due to emergency college fees. I took that 3 months ago and u could not pay back because I need to get the money from India. I never got a text here in usa. But at 3am EST I’m getting typical threatening WhatsApp texts from an Indian number saying they are the field team in Hyderabad and they will visit.

Approach us we will assist you in this recovery agent's harassment, first approach the bank and enquire first and inform the issue and tell them that you will pay it ...check with the bank did they appoint any recovery agents to collect your credit card payments.... approach us we will help you out
