Hi, I am Krishna. One of my cousins borrowed ₹2 lakhs from me and has not paid either the interest or principal for the past year. He is also ignoring my calls and messages. The amount was transferred through NEFT, and I have a promissory note. Could you please advise me on how to recover the money?

hi if your cousin is not repaying the amount then you could send a legal notice asking him to return the money and if he failed tk return then you could file civil suit for recovery of money in court based on promissory note
