Dear Sir Court has passed decree against me for the payment of company recovery suit. is it possible to convert it into installment? What is the process for conversion the decree to installment?
Dear client, there is no such option, rather you need not to pay amount right now, wait till they file execution, then make payment. If court agrees you can make payment in 2-3 times.
Moreover this process takes 6-8 months and then you have another 2-3 chances means you have approx one year to make payment.
