Contract Agreement. How do i draft a contract for the same?

i have to make a contract with my friend that he will give me 3 crore rupees if i say that can i get a prostitute for 160 rupees and can you pay for the condoms in front of the girls tommorow for the exam i dont want the service i js need to say it coz i will get embarrassed in front of them like a dare with a really expensive payment. How can i ensure i get payment as this person is the son of a really successful millionaire

This is not a legally valid contract. Any agreement involving an act that is immoral or against public policy, such as soliciting or referring to prostitution, is void under Section 23 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You cannot legally enforce payment for such a dare or challenge. Even if your friend promises to pay, such a contract will not be recognised by any court of law. If the intention is only a prank or social dare without any illegal act, you should avoid including such terms and instead keep it friendly and informal. No legal remedy can be sought for recovery in this case.

Don't do it, telling girls prostitution is itself can be considered as sexual harrasment and if you ask them to pay for condoms, the girls have that much power to keep you behind the bars for good amount of your life, rather focus on your exam than a dare, to ensure you get payment record everything so that police can also see the evidence about the your own mockery

Well, I can assist you for making a Contract for legal motive, not for an illegal motive as of your's for harrassing girls! By trying to prove maccho before them unnecessary...your actions can land you in legal trouble if it will outrage their Modesty
