Complaints against cheating company...

I was cheated for 25,ooo Rupees by Halifax marine(Ghatkoper...Mumbai)promising abroad jobs and since 6 months now they are not responding nor refunding my money...please suggest me for solutions. Thanks very much...

You can file a complaint to the local police station mentioning all the details in writing and providing the documents to support your contentions. You can also mention that there are several people with whom they have cheated. If at all you come in contact with those people you can joinly file complaint against the company and their directors.

You can send them a legal notice asking for the refund of the money as they have failed to discharge their contractual duty. If they don't respond the same, you can file a summary suit in the court.
