College not approved by pci and we want refund

My college is not approved by pci and they take 45000 rupees from approx 50+ students and they give date after date but it doesn't appear on official site and pci also say it is not approved. If college give money refund may be then what can I do my 1 years is wasted because of college Pls help us

Dear Client, in that case, you should issue a strong legal notice to the college for more clarification you may take a consultation about that then I'll explain properly its a clear matter of cheating and forgery.
