College asked for the unregistered sem fees when I went for withdrawal

I did not register for 3rd sem in my college. When I went for do dues certificate (I want to withdraw my addmission)they asked me to pay entire fees for 3rd sem as I came late for withdrawal and last date for 3rd sem fees over 3 weeks earlier. At that time left the college without paying fees and without any no dues. At last I got email from my college that my name is struck off from college. Can I get any legal notice regarding this

Hai.. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised. I advise you to issue legal notice seeking the return of documents. they can hold documents like that. for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
