Cognizance notice by district magistrate As I am residing in Nagpur

Hi Team
I have Dues towards Kotak Credit card but started payment in lesser amount from last six months.
Inspite of paying district magistrate kolkata sent cognizance notice to me.
As I am residing in Nagpur I am unable to attend the hearing please suggest

Well, you can file a case to get the case transferred in Nagpur from Kolkata under the concerned provisions of law by filing a case directly in the Supreme Court of India, as cases from one state to another state can be transferred by fiing case in mere Supreme Court of India.
