Clarification on recovery of money given as friendly loan

Mere friend ne mujhse 2 lakh rupees apne parents ke treatment ke liye thai in near by July 2016.jisme se usne 40000 return kiye thai meine jab ussay Balance 160000 ke liye kaha to uske father ne aur usne mere khilaf sec-9 police station mein complaint kar di.mujhe Apne treatment ke liye aur apni betiiyon ke admission ke liye paise chahiye mein kya karoon pls help me
If you have any evidence to support you that you have given him the money then you can file a complaint against him nd send him a legal notice first. Then wait for his reply nd if he won't then you can file a summary suit or recovery suit against him in court.

You will have to file a recovery suit as also a complaint against them. However, the whole case will depend on how have you transferred the money and if you have any proof for the same. If not then any bank statement or anything .so as to make a demand
