Chola finance was seized me vehicle without proper intimation

Dear sir/madam, nWe was purchased 2018 tata ace mega xl commercial vehicle loan from chola finance coimbatore sulur branch. We due to we paid installments was 2months emi outstandings . Last may 2022 without proper intimation my vehicle was seized from my parking. Then right now they asking losses loan repayment also they providing much pressure to us and also they holding my guarantor loaned vehicle on same chola finance. Actually he was paying loan was properly without outstanding but they not providing NOC and giving my pressure to them. Try to give some best legal advice to came out this issues. We are already much losses and pressures in our vehicle business. nThanks for advance
You can file a civil suit against the company and if you run a proprietor ship company or either got the loan in Individual name, you can file a consumer complaint for a compensation for the mental agony
