Chit gurantor for IP NOTICE ISSUED PERSON

I was a gurantor for a chit worth of 25 L along with other five members. But my party was given IP NOTICE after taken chit amount 6 months back , now chit company asking me to pay the money as a gurantor. How can I save from this?

hi first need to see whether the chit company had sent any notice asking you to pay the amount and you could sent the reply notice to the chit fund company that you are not liable to pay the amount and could ptoceed accordingly
