Chit fund not paying the amount

Dear Sir, One of the chit fund company my area. This chit fund registered with asst chit registered. I have 03 chits, each cit value 05Lk. Now company not conducted any auction. Company there is moments. I asked chit fund owner pay the amount he is asking time. Take the plots. Also agricultural land mortgage to Asst chit registered. Few month back some land sale deed to chit fund member to registered. What is the solution..

hi if the chit fund company is not giving the money back to you then you could send them legal notice to pay the chit amount with interest or to file case against them in appropriate forum seeking relief
