Cheting me by taking a car from me now he is not returning me back

My friend as taken car from at the time of lock down means before 3yers and now 1 year before again he came to Bangalore and I asked to return the car he told give me some time I ll return it now he is saying i won't give do whatever u want actually it's travels car yellow board I have loan on it and I didn't repay it now the loan have issued no bailable warrant against me I don't now wat to do orginal document of car is in car only car is in my name

Hai.. I will assist you with respect to the issue that you have raised. Initially you can issue legal notice to your friend seeking to return the car. if he fails, file a police complaint against him for more details fix an appointment with me through LawRato
