Cheque given to hospital not able to pay what to do

Today we are anable to give moneey to hospital b'coz our financial conditions is very bad now hospital said that they produce 3 cheques in bank and then go to the court to file case. What should we do?

Why were cheques given to bank? Did you undertake any service from them.
If you have given cheque and same has bounced opposite party has every right to file the case.
Further Its anytime better you resolve this issue amicably or face court and jail.
