24-Aug-2025 (In Recovery Law)
Hello Experts, One of my friend borrow a loan of Rs 2000000 and promised the return in 2 months, but keep on dragging the dates. Hello gave cheque of same amount and it is bounced. It's a online transaction and have the receipt and over whatsup chat and call he is accepting the things that he has borrowed and have to pay. Can a summary suit for recovery be filed on the above scenario and the proofs inhave.

This is a very strong recovery case in your favour. Since: The loan of ₹20,00,000 was given through online transaction (bank trail proof). The borrower acknowledged liability over WhatsApp and calls. A cheque was issued which got dishonoured (cheque bounce). You now have three powerful legal weapons: Section 138 NI Act (Cheque Bounce Case) – Strong criminal action compelling him to pay, or face conviction. Summary Suit under Order 37 CPC – Fast-track civil recovery case, where he will not be allowed to drag proceedings unnecessarily. Permanent recovery suit + interest + damages – You can claim not just principal, but also interest and costs. Since you have bank transaction proof, cheque, and WhatsApp admission, the case is almost airtight. The only thing required is filing it properly in the right jurisdiction, which can be done entirely online and managed from High Court side by me. I can assist you in preparing and filing the case immediately so that your money does not get delayed any further. Adv. Vaibhav Sangam Mishra High Court, Uttar Pradesh Contact:
