CHEATING & NON RECOVERY OF LAONED MONEY FOR LAST 6 YEARS CASE


18-Nov-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Had loaned money by cheque against agreement, to repay money in 4 years by emi , but the matter turned out to be cheating & not traceabile, for last 6 years. Matter submitted to police station ,but no conclusion from 16th august 2023 till date, even after court dismissing anticipatory bail. Matter pending with police officer at Mapusa police station.

Hello, I have perused your query. If you have filed a criminal case before the court then in the circumstances described by you, you can have the accused be declared as proclaimed offender and publish the same in newspaper so that the concerned person can be arrested.
