Cashe recovery team using foul languages

Dear Sir/ MadamnnI had a cheque bounce case with Cashe twice in last couple of months, because of family problems. The recovery team of Cashe is calling and using very abusive languages. And, they are repeatatively calling my friend and my mother and sister. I shall be paying back their dues, but i need some guidance from your end to stop these harassment
Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint against Cashe twice and get that Police Complaint turned into a FIR. Before registration of FIR itself, during the preliminary enquiry, they will go under fear and may forget your from repaying your loan as well.
