Case related to coaching class not giving salary

Hi I had did teaching job in private institute but they refuse to pay my salary can I file case against institute in consumer court. I don't have contract documents its oral communication during joing. But some photographs and whatup group.

Well certainly, you can file a case against that Private Institution which has refused to pay your Salary. Despite you do not have an Employment Contract with them, but, you have other evidences like Photographs of your teaching in that Institute and certain WhatsApp Groups, which are enough to file a case against that Teaching Institution to recover your Salary.
