Case file as firm.name or personal

I have licence for money lending. I also pay ITR annually .. but when it is time to file case my lawyer suggest me file personal check bounce case .. is it good for me

No need to go for personal cheque. as you have the money lending licence so you can give loan to as many people as you want and charge interest for lending money and can file suit accordingly if one does not pay the loan accordingly..
