Case Disposed and Contested--DECREED WITH COSTS

We have given the money 3.5 lacs through cheque and now by lower court Case Disposed and Contested--DECREED WITH COSTS order is given.So what should we do now to get the money ?

Once the decree is prepared by the court, after the statutory period is over, you will have to file an execution case to get that decree worked upon by the other side. For that you need to tell court what assets worth the decree amount the jdugemnt debtor has. This entire thing happens when judgment debtor fails to act upon the decree.
