Car owner is dead but two people signed collateral for finance.

Car owner is dead, my father+1 has put their house and land(photocopies) as collateral. Now we got served court notices from the financer to attend the court as loan amount is not paid. What should we do?

hi first need to see the contents of the notice received from the court and its contents and if it is of all false allegations then you could file for rejection of plaint and written statement by appointing and advocate
