Can we file a case online transactions

My father ran firm. As part of business transactions, he ordered the goods to the firm via the known person bank account (via challans)and paid the money by hand to that person. Now that person filed a case as my father’s firm has taken the money and showing the online transactions as proofs. My doubt here is , is it really valid ? As the online Transactions can be done with the naccount holder’s approval only. How come digital transactions can be filed as loans?

hi first need to see the contents of the case filed by the other side and that the contents mentioned in the affidavit and that need to see what are the grounds and that you could defend the case after going through it
