Can I cancel my holiday membership purchase agreement?

17-Feb-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I have purchased 10 year holiday membership from a company around a month back but after going through the detailed agreement and experience while trying to book a holiday, I have decided I do not wish to avail their services. Do I have the right to cancel the agreement and seek refund even though the agreement says amount can not be refunded? Further I have scheduled some future emi payments to the company. Can I stop at least the future payments by talking to my bank if i am not planning to avail any of their services. They already have around 85k of my money that is more than adequate for their admin and other charges. They are not losing anything. I just want to de-risk my further payment. Can there be any legal action against me if I stop future payments to them while I have not taken any services?
