BuyBack Amount not paid after Maturity time of 18 months

Hi, I have invested in XYZ company in a buy back scheme for18 months with payback. MOU was given and also 1/2 acre of land security was given for Principal amount. The company has taken the development agreement after land registration. In May the time duration was completed and now company is not paying back. Recently got to know the registered land also a fraud. The land is also no more on my name. Please suggest the best approach to deal the case. consumer forum or Recovery Suit

hi first need to see the contents of the MOU and if other party had violated the terms of the MOU amd not paying back amount then you could proceed legally and need to see whether any arbitration clause is there in agreement or not
