Builder stopped paying monthly assured rental

I was booked one shop in omaxe connaught place mall in greater noida, in 2018, now since lockdown builder is not paying monthly commitment charges as per contract , agreement, pls suggest where to complaint for the recovery , i have paid rs 30 lakh to builder to buy shop 267 sq feet, as per contract 15 year is the lockable period, builder will pay me 7 yeare assured rental and rest all years rent as per acual which the builder will receive
This matters appears to be of RERA prima facai. Please provide with more documents regarding the same for better legal advice. Rera act governs the policies therefore you are requested to proceed in accordance with Rera act.

you can file a complaint against the builder in RERA court. or you can file in district consumer foram. this is the malafide intention of the builder's. her run from his liability. for more information you can contact me or visit my chamber at surajpur court.

Dear sir you can take action via Consumer forum and Rera Act.
also you can claim your compansation amount after filling the case.
If builder not paying rent so you have a contract paper.
