Builder received Rs.150000/- one lacs fifty thousand from me for covered car parking on august-2018.

Builder received Rs.150000/- one lacs fifty thousand from me for covered car parking on august-2018. mentioned in agreement one flat 595sq.feet with one covered car parking.but after 4-5 years follow up he is given me parking space near by building coloum space is 7'3"x14'.3" (foot) .and 2 side open and two side close with all. And small car only park with revered side only .Car door not open due to not open space because of 2 side bricks wall is there.Very consusted space for car park and also car park space is not give by gideline of standerd car parking rules.Our society is not yet done wrok is going on for society firm.Please give me advice what to do?

Well, you can lodge a case against the Builder under Sec 420 of the IPC by not giving you the Parking which he promised to do so, as he had the intention of cheating you since the beginning, that is why, he falsely promised you which makes you liable to seek compensation now.
