Builder not paying brokerage to real estate agent

my dad is a real estate agent he showed a flat to a party before 4 months after that the party deal with the same flat with another broker and crack the deal now my dad wants brokerage from the builder but that builder is not responding to my dad the sales manager was there at the time when my dad showed flat to the party and he is the evidence that first the flat is shown by my dad to that party now please help us please

First we would like to know that is your dad a designated or on panel real estate agent with the said builder. Secondly even if he is not in panel, he should be part or member or real estate agent association. Finally, i would recommend that a legal notice to the builder, said party who purchased the flat and marking a copy to the real estate agent association will help you. We can help you with legally correct draft for the notice.
