Send a formal legal notice for the recovery of dues. If unpaid, you can file a Summary Suit under Order 37 of CPC or file a Writ Petition in the High Court for the release of your legitimate payment as per the concerned provisions of law.

If the builder is refusing to give you parking you can approach RERA, civil suit and consumer forum, if the builder has not handed over the society you can file a case against the builder if not then you have to fight with the society for the allocation of the parking

If your Agreement for Sale and stamp duty valuation clearly mention covered parking, the builder is legally bound to provide the same. Refusal amounts to deficiency of service and breach of contract. As per law and judgments, parking cannot be altered arbitrarily once agreed in registered documents. You should immediately issue a legal notice demanding allotment of covered parking as per agreement. If builder fails, you can file complaint before Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) or Consumer Forum seeking: Specific performance (covered parking allotment) Compensation for harassment Keep all documents ready (agreement, payment proof, valuation sheet). Your case is strong on merits.
