Brother took loan father guarantor now not paying EMI how to save home

As my brother took loan from Government bank and my father gave grantee now my brother is not paying amount to bank how can i safe my home?
The first thing you must do is meet with the bank authorities and discuss a better repayment schedule which is as per your financial convenience otherwise bank may file an application before debt recovery tribunal for recovery of loan amount
