Breach of agreement by developer

I along with my 2 brothers have entered into an agreement with a builder to develop a multi storey building in our inherited property .But the builder is constructing an illegal floor for which the project got struck what can i do now.

Hello. I read your issue. Firstly apply for approval of the changed plan which has not been mentioned or quoted in the main sanctioned plan as permitted by the KMC. Authority shall call hearing where you along with your brothers and the developer will appear and shall respond to all the questions of the body.
