Borrower is not paying back and harassing by committing suicide

We lend some amount of money for 3 years to someone on interest with all the legal paper work done on guarantee of his House..But now that time is over and he has just paid only 1 year interest even after the 6 more months after the decided time schedule..So we send him a legal notice by advocate .. But in case if he committ suicide or attempt of hurting himself by writing a letter on my family name, what step we can or should take to not getting involved in this unfortunate probability and making us safe as we are not harrassing him by anyway..We are trying to recover our money only by legal way.. Please suggest..
Frankly speaking there is nothing much you can do in this case if he committed suicide after naming you except lodging a DDR but that would also made worsen your situation. You have not Tell wether you have license to give loan like this or not and what paper work has been done by you and how you secure gurrantee of his house through some byana or otherwise.
