Booked flat in UDAN project with JP gave 20 lakhs how to recover

i have given 20 lacs but they did nothing for more than 3 years.Last year i cancelled my booking with their email of refunding my 20 lacs but till now they are not refunding despite of several follow up
You may firstly send them a legal notice and after that you may file a case against the Company to whom you booked a flat and this should be done within 2 year from the date of arising of dispute between you and the company. The case should be filed before the Consumer Forum.
