Bitcoin sale money not received what action can i take

09-Feb-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Hey, I had got contacted on the 6th of February by a person named Abhsihek Kumar who wanted to buy bitcoin from me after getting my contact from localbitcoins.com where I had posted an advertisement. He claimed to be from Chennai, and sent me his Pan card picture as proof of verification, and also told me that he has an account with Standard Chartered Bank. We agreed to do 4 transactions of 45000 total. I got SMS' for all the transactions (I have the IMPS transfer reference numbers for all four) and as and when i got the messages I transferred the coins to him. Later when I went and checked my account, none of the money had got credited. When I brought this to his attention, he said he was taking a flight to boston in some time so he would send me screenshots the next day. He then blocked me on whatsapp and his number is switched off. I have his name, number, pan card pic and full address. Please suggest what I should do now because 45000 is on the line and has not come to me.
