Banks personal loan and credit card loans

Hi, I have total 83 lakh debt and I got defaulted in various banks and loan apps I am not in a situation to pay or neither I do not have any assets or job. Also I am getting legal notices in WhatsApp for ECS cheque bounces. Can I file insolvency against banks personal loans and credit cards. Please suggest
