Banks harassing the legal heirs of the deceased to repay loan

The borrower of personal loan died. How come banks ask their legal heir to repay the debt ( unsecured personal loan without nominee). How to stop their harassment?

Dear Client, Received your query on the loan repay harrasment, suggest you to file civil suit on stopping the harrasment further more you need to contest the case if they file on against the deceased that will eventually attract your legal heir capabitity that may attract and safe guarding your property and change the title if it is on the name of the deceased. contact me for legal process if need.
