Bank shared My Personal phone number and Home address to 3rd party

Hi Sir,
Good day!!
I am holding a credit card, and the payment was delayed to some other reasons.
I requested bank via email, it will take some time to make payment.
But bank shared my personal phone number and flat address to 3rd party vendor without my consent. They kept calling me in my Office and personal space and coming home and creating problem here.
How come bank shares my details to a 3rd party vendor without my consent. Can I file a case on my data breach.
