Bank manager cheated my father

My father working in bank who doesn't have computer knowledge. The manager in the bank diverted bank money to their own family members by using my father credentials. My father didn't know anything about the issue as really he didn't have computer knowledge. Now the bank suspended my father also along with the manager. What should we do now

hi first need to see the suspension order passed by the court and the allegations mentioned against him and findings given against him and based on that you could approach court to quash the suspension order
