Bank Loan non payment due to non delivery of Property

I had taken a bank loan from IDBI bank 11 years back against a property in Agra. After a year It came to my knowledge that property was on illegal site and there is an order to demolish the property. Since then I have stopped paying EMI to bank and court case is going on againt Builder and Bank. Now Bank has propose a settelment with 75% of principle payment. Shall I accept that? Can bank attach any other property against this loan on my name? Also need support on Consumer court case hearing.
We need better particulars and documents to advise you on this. Is there any on going litigation on you from the bank. Any decree passed against you wherein the court had held liable to pay the amount??.
