Bank has nstituted suit for recovery of dues. Court has issued summons

Bank has instituted suit for recovery of dues on credit card after 3 years. Court has issued summons for apperance. Please suggest best remedies available for me. Thanks

hi since you have received the summons from court you need to appoint an advocate and to represent on behalf of you and if the suit is filed after the limitation period of 3 years and could contest the case
