Bank asking for refund after 7 years

Excess money was deposited to my Wife account seven years back because of a technical glitch. Bank is asking for recovery now. Do I have a legal backing to fight the same?

Yes u can fight for legal and suggest you to send a legal notice to the bank and ask them y they deposited excess money and now they are asking ...suggest u to contact any Advocate and he will help u out
