Bank agents harassing me for repayment of loan. EMI option not given.

I have credit card outstanding on 2 banks ; 2.3 lacs and 1 lac. I have converted 1 into EMI and the other bank denied this facility. Due to no job for 1 year this is the first time failure for 3 months for payment and now recovery agents are harassing , using abusive languages and visiting home and disturbing family. want to know legal aspects and do legal action against the bank and need more time for payment in terms of EMI which they are not giving or either giving it for 2 yrs only. Pls advice.
I will require many other details of this problem for giving you proper legal advise.
So, either share additional details or approach any Advocate for the appropriate and proper legal advise on how to handle and tackle the Banks as well as the Recovery agents.
It is not easy for anyone to deny and not pay the Bank on account of the credit card dues - even if it is due to NO JOB..
