Bank account freeze no one responding

My bank account has been frozen. And the bank has privided me a email I’d. I’m trying to contact them from last 2months. But no one is responding from the other end. Can you help me what I can do
hi generally bank accounts would be freezed by the police department if they found any suspicious or any criminal activity taking place then you could take steps to write a letter to police to defreeze or file an petition in court
