Assistance Needed - Refund Processing

I applied for a refund. The refund was processed through an eCard. The next step involves the conversion to Indian currency, which my upline is responsible for. Unfortunately, my upline is not cooperating in this matter.

Well, if your upline has not been co operating for the refund, file a case against them in Court within a period of three years from the Date, when they have begun to owe you the money for which you are seeking refund.
