Please explain how important is it to attend this arbitration WHEREAS the undersigned has been appointed as Sole Arbitrator through Notice dated 17-Jun-24 by SBI Cards & Payment Services Limited, you are hereby directed to appear in person or through duly instructed and authorized pleader through video conferencing before the undersigned for determining the procedure of arbitration at the following date, time and venue:

In order to B stand in arbitration proceeding you need to appear in arbitration proceeding and you have to file written statement before the arbitrator and based on which trial will come and arbitrator will pass award if any amount is claimed in axis by SBI cards you can also refute. If you will not appear in arbitration proceeding then arbitrator will proceed exparte against you and will pass the award which will be binding on you
