Arbitration notice has been issued from claimant through presolve360

I am facing financial issues since past 7 months due to my home loans and single breadowner of my family. I am unable to pay my credit card dues and have defaulted, therefore an arbitration case is registered from claimant asking to settle the case for 85000/- which is too high amount for me to arrange. I need to file defence for myself ,but i am already in financial crisis and i am not getting what should i present in defence so that they would negotiate the settlement amount which i can arrange without facing more financial hardships.

Well, Written Statement from your end will suffice along with Evidence of Statement of Income and Expenditures on an affidavit. You have to participate in the Arbitration Proceedings through a lawyer, otherwise, Ex Partee Decree will be passed against you.
