DUE TO NON PAYMENT OF 3 CONSEQUENT EMI BANK HAS APPOINTED ARBITRATOR IN CHENNAI AND I LIVE IN DELHI AND HE IS ASKING ME TO COME AT CHENNAI.
The Arbitrator should be appointed in delhi for EMI issue.

That is not possible. As it is against the supreme court judgment named as Perkins judgment. Sole arbitrator can not be appointed by the bank. the jurisdiction is decided on the basis of the arbitration clause you signed. A proper reply to the invoking of the arbitration clause is to be sent to the arbitrator and the bank.
