Anticipatory bail required in other state.

Up to How much bail amount should I have to pay to take anticipatory bail in a case u/s 25 of Payment and settlement act for a non paid EMI of 5 lakh business loan ?

Anticipatory bail id not maintenable in sec 25, hence you are not be able to file bail under heading of Anticipatory bail. You can file bail which would be allowed in low cost of bailer. Free then call for more legal information
