An elevator firm failed to complete the Job.

After receiving the quotation as part of agreement I've paid 2 Installments one of 1.5lakh and the other of 2Lakhs.Since the second payment is done the person keep on making lame excuses and they have not completed the job. I do have quote, text messages and bank transfer evidences. What is the best way to deal with this scenario? You can reach me 7993300993 Regards Balaji

first we send a legal notice and asked for breach of contract and we make him to repay ur amount with interest and also asked him to pay ur wasting time and also we file at court on breach on vontract
