Amount recovery planning to file a recovery suit

I gave 5lakhs to my friend through phone PE but he is not returning my money ! How to recover the money from him?

hi was there any promissory note or agreement exchanged from that person for payment of money and you could send legal notice to pay the amount by sending legal notice and thereafter by filing civil suit for recovery of money
