Amount lien in bank account by cyber cell

Dear sir. I have 3 bank accounts and total amount of now around 11k is lien by cyber cell in my account.this money transited from online gaming I want to remove this lien

If the lien is imposed by the Cyber Cell, the bank cannot remove it without their written clearance. You must approach the concerned Cyber Police, explain the source of funds, submit documents, and seek a de-freezing order.

If a lien has been marked by the Cyber Cell, it is usually part of an ongoing cybercrime inquiry. Banks cannot remove the lien on their own without written clearance from the Cyber Cell or Investigating Officer. You should immediately approach the concerned Cyber Police Station, explain the source of funds, and submit supporting documents showing lawful transactions. If no offence is made out, you may request de-freezing of the accounts. If the lien continues despite cooperation, legal remedies such as a representation or appropriate court application can be considered.

for the removal of lein from your bank account you need to file an application before the relevant police station and ask for the removal of lein and deduction of the amount, which is lein maked in your bank account and ask for to give you a no leon pending certificate.
